Billing and Financial Record Verification
Billi supports invoicing, financial records and related business workflows. How Billing Verification Works
Core Financial Capabilities of Billi
Invoicing Service
Billi streamlines invoice management by centralising billing records into a single structured workflow. This helps businesses maintain organised financial data that supports smoother reconciliation, accurate accounting, reliable reporting, and compliance-ready tax documentation.
Smart Contract Workflows
Billi uses smart contract functionality to support digital agreements and transaction processes, helping agreed actions be carried out consistently while reducing manual intervention and improving transparency.
Payroll Management
Billi supports structured payroll processing within its financial system, allowing organisations to manage payment records more efficiently. This improves consistency in payroll operations and strengthens financial reporting
VeriDoc Global for Billing Record Verification
Billi provides a foundation for managing important business processes such as invoicing and related financial records. VeriDoc Global can add a blockchain-based verification layer to these workflows, helping organisations confirm the integrity of protected information and identify whether a record has been changed after registration.
When selected billing information is registered through the VeriDoc Global verification system, SHA-256 hash is generated. This hash acts as a unique digital fingerprint of the protected information and is recorded on the VeriDoc Ledger. Because records stored on the VeriDoc Ledger cannot be altered, any modification to the record will immediately be detected during verification.
For businesses, this can strengthen confidence in the invoices and transaction records used for payments, accounting, audits and tax reporting. Instead of relying only on editable documents or disconnected financial records, organisations can maintain a verifiable reference to the information originally recorded.
