Gold Loan Solutions
Gold lending depends on reliable customer information, accurate valuation records and clear evidence of every approval and transaction. When these records are stored across different systems or handled manually, verifying the original information can become difficult. VeriDoc Global helps financial institutions connect gold loan records to the
VeriDoc Ledger, allowing authorised users to verify customer, asset, valuation and loan information through one traceable digital record.

How Gold Loan Verification Works
Key Features of Gold Loan Record Verification
Loan Details
Verify important loan information such as the loan number, application date, sanctioned amount, interest rate, tenure and disbursement date against the registered record.
Gold Asset Records
Review individual pledged items together with their product reference, purity, weight, assessed value and current status. This provides a clearer connection between the physical collateral and its digital record.
Lending Event History
Follow the gold loan process through customer onboarding, jewellery assessment, purity evaluation, document signing and loan disbursement, with timestamps and supporting documents linked to each stage.
How VeriDoc Global Supports Gold Loan Verification
VeriDoc Global adds a verification layer to the lender’s existing gold loan process. It does not replace the institution’s lending platform, assess the jewellery or decide whether a loan should be approved.
Once customer information, gold valuation details or loan documents have been reviewed and approved, a unique cryptographic hash can be connected to the record through the VeriDoc Ledger. A QR code then provides access to the verification page, where authorised users can compare the information being reviewed with the version originally registered.
This can help financial institutions maintain more consistent gold loan records across customer onboarding, gold valuation, approval, documentation and disbursement. It also creates a clearer gold loan audit trail, allowing teams to identify when an event occurred and which supporting record was connected to it.
VeriDoc Global does not confirm whether the original gold valuation or lending decision was correct. Its role is to help verify that the record being reviewed remains consistent with the approved version registered by the organisation.
By integrating this verification layer with an existing Gold Loan Management System, lenders can strengthen gold loan document verification, improve record traceability and investigate inconsistencies without rebuilding their current lending workflow. VeriDoc Global positions its wider platform as an API trust layer that connects existing systems to QR-based and ledger-backed verification.
