Blockchain Based Timesheet Verification
Managing employee work hours accurately is essential for payroll, compliance, and operational efficiency. However, traditional timesheet systems are vulnerable to manual errors, time theft, and falsified records.
VeriDoc Global provides a blockchain timesheet verification system that securely records employee work hours using QR codes and blockchain authentication. Each entry becomes a verifiable record, allowing organisations to confirm employee attendance and work history instantly while preventing manipulation.
Tamper-Resistant Records
Each timesheet entry is recorded as a secure blockchain record, ensuring employee work hours cannot be altered or manipulated after verification.
Lower Administrative Costs
Automated employee time tracking systems eliminate manual validation processes, reducing administrative workload and simplifying payroll preparation.
Verified Employee Attendance
QR code-based attendance verification ensures that employees are clocking in and out accurately, helping organizations prevent timesheet fraud and maintain reliable records.

VeriDoc Global’s Secure Timesheet Management Platform
Employers are given access to a URL which displays a dynamic QR code for employees to scan. The QR code can also be sent to an employee’s phone for them to scan at job sites. Location data is used in addition to timestamps to ensure that employees are clocking-in and clocking-out at the correct location.
Employers have access to a web portal to manage employee and timesheet records. All timestamps and location data can be viewed here as well as verified on the blockchain for audit purposes.
